Spiritual Heart Yoga & Meditation
The comprehensive program transmits the core elements of the Hridaya style of Yoga & Meditation. This Retreat for the Revelation of the Spiritual Heart is mainly inspired by the great Indian Sage Ramana Maharshi (1879-1950). He combines the powerful paths of Jnana- and Bhakti-Yoga: the path of Self-Enquiry “Who am I ?” grants wisdom, and the path of devotion teaches surrender to the Absolute Reality of the Heart. Both paths present very efficient tools for transcending the limited ego-structure.
Inspiring poems & carefully selected quotations from Sufism, Tibetan Dzogchen and Christian Mysticism illustrate the parallels between various cultures, and reveal the universal nature of the Spiritual Heart. The highest spiritual knowledge of these genuine wisdom traditions is translated into accessible language & applicable tools. The Retreat for the Revelation of the Spiritual Heart allows us to connect to our Divine Essence, and eventually leads to a direct perception of Oneness within the duality of manifestation.
The Course includes two daily Yoga Sessions, and provides an inspiring introduction into the meditative style of Hridaya Hatha Yoga.
