Pranayama is an advanced yogic practice of breath control which works with the subtle force Prana. It is a powerful tool to calm the mind, to balance the emotions, and to purify the energy & nervous system. Pranayama thereby creates the proper conditions for deeper states of consciousness.
Module I – the essence of Pranayama
The first part of this practical course teaches the physical basics of respiration, and transmits essential Pranayama techniques such as alternated breathing, Sheetali & Bastrika Pranayama. The teachings also elaborate on metaphysical concepts & spiritual impact of the practice.
Module II – advanced Pranayama & Bandha
The second part of the training deepens the practice of module I and initiates into stronger & advanced forms of Pranayama, including the use of the three classical Bandhas (energy seals), which are facilitating the control over Prana.
The intensity of the training will take your Yoga & Meditation practice to a new level.
The course is certified and serves as a valuable education for Yoga teachers, and supports all aspirants on the spiritual path.
