We did a 7 day Cleanse and we liked the colonics and the sesame oil and the kichari. I thought we were gonna die at certain points, but today is day 7 and we're feeling good and excited to eat again. We can't tell if this has made us happy to be fat and eat what we want or it it's better to be thin, but we do look good now (I lost seven pounds and Daniel lost 10 pounds) and at least one of us plans to eat and party reasonably now. I think it was a great time.

I came here looking for a week of detoxing and loosing weight not realizing this retreat offers a lot more. It is a retreat in the best sense of the word. A place to recuperate while in harmonious surroundings. Great people, great view, great place. |
