Self Healing

Seven Day Self Healing
This 7 Day Program gives you the time and space to address aspects of your life which cause you disappointment, pain and suffering. At the beginning of the program there is an assessment of the difficult areas in your life (anger, resentment, pain, loss, stress, lack of purpose, etc). Then you choose the direction on which you want to focus. Each program is tailored for the individual based on their needs and goals.
To facilitate your process of self discovery, Norman and Mohini will assist you through in depth talks, consultations, and if necessary with healing sessions. In this process we will use a variety of powerful techniques such as Sacred Breath, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Inner Child Work, Core Beliefs, and other counseling. One session per day is included in the program as well as daily group yoga and meditation, which facilities healing of the mind and body as well. You will find that Monte Vista's powerful healing energy allows you to actualize more of your true peaceful nature.
The 7 Day Self Healing Program requires you to commit to the appointed time. It has taken all of your life to this point to become who you are, so do not expect to change overnight. Patience and dedication for your own growth process are necessary in order to shed the protective layers in which we hide our pain.
