The Self Healing Retreat gives you the time and space to address aspects of your life which cause you disappointment, pain and suffering.  To facilitate your process of self-discovery, our team of experienced and intuitive directors will assist you through in depth talks, consultations, and where necessary with healing sessions. In this process we also use the help of various powerful techniques such as Sacred Breath, Meditation, Visualisation and Yoga. Stress Management Retreat

The Executives Stress Management Retreat is designed for the busy individual who is overworked and affected either physically, emotionally or psychologically by stress (or maybe by all of these factors)! This retreat gives you the time and space to address aspects of your life which cause you stress such as work, relationships, your past, worries of the future, your health, finances etc.  It is a chance to look at the reasons behind your stress, to get to the root cause and to also look at what may be happening in the mind to cause you stress and how to overcome it.

Counseling
